About these terms

WeBuildAny.site is operated by ARCHON 8 LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to the parts of these terms about website use. The parts about projects only apply once we’ve agreed work with you in writing, and that written agreement takes priority where it says something different.

What we do

We plan, write, design and build business websites, along with any additional features we agree with you. The starting service is a focused website of up to five agreed core pages. Larger sites, extra research, new features and connections to other systems are scoped separately.

Inquiries and first conversations

Sending an inquiry, choosing a call time or having a first conversation with us is free. It isn’t a purchase, a confirmed engagement or a guaranteed appointment, and it doesn’t commit either of us to a project. This website doesn’t take payments online.

How paid work is agreed

Paid work only begins after you accept a written proposal or agreement from us. It will set out, as they apply to your project:

• the scope and what will be delivered
• the price and currency, and any deposit or installments
• the timing, and anything the timing depends on
• the number and form of revision rounds
• any ongoing costs, such as hosting, platforms, licenses or subscriptions
• any support after launch
• how payment, cancellation and refunds work

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that can’t be excluded, including consumer rights where they apply.

Scope, revisions and changes

Our starting service includes two consolidated revision rounds. Our own factual errors or missed instructions don’t use them up. Revisions refine the agreed brief. A new service, new feature or change of direction may change the scope, price or timing. We’ll discuss the impact and agree it with you before doing the extra work.

Your materials and input

You keep ownership of the material you already have and give us, such as logos, text, photos and data. You need to have the right to let us use it for your project. Projects depend on timely information, materials, access and approvals. If these arrive late, the timing may move, and we’ll tell you how.

Rights in the finished work

Who owns or may use the finished work, how third-party components are licensed, who holds account access and what is handed over at the end are agreed in your written agreement.

Third-party services

Websites often rely on other companies’ platforms, such as hosting, payments, scheduling or email. Those services have their own terms and pricing, and we don’t fully control how they perform or change. We’ll tell you which ones your project depends on.

Results

We work to make your website clear and effective, but we can’t guarantee particular sales, revenue, search rankings, traffic or conversion rates. These depend on many things outside a website.

Our responsibility

We’re responsible for doing the work we agree with reasonable care and skill. Any limits on responsibility for a project will be set out in the written agreement, and they won’t limit anything the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

Using this website

The content of this website belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don’t copy it for commercial use or try to disrupt the site or its inquiry form. We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally change or be unavailable.
