Privacy Policy
Last updated September 25, 2026
This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website, in plain English. It covers the inquiry form, the optional call-time step and your contact with us. It doesn’t cover other websites we link to.
Who we are
WeBuildAny.site is operated by ARCHON 8 LTD. ARCHON 8 LTD decides how and why your information is used on this website, which makes it the “controller” under UK data protection law. You can contact us using the email address in the Contact and complaints section.
ARCHON 8 LTD is a UK private limited company, company number 14445522. Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Source: the official Companies House record (opens in a new tab).
What we collect
When you send an inquiry
- Your name, your email address and your description of the project. These are required.
- Your current website address and a “Can it also…?” question, if you choose to add them.
- The page you sent the form from, and any topic you picked on that page.
- Any campaign tags that were in the link you arrived through (such as
utm_sourceorutm_campaign), the path of the page you first landed on, and the name of the website that referred you, if there was one. We keep only the referring site’s name, not the full address or your browsing history.
Please only send business information that is relevant to your project. We don’t need passwords, customer records, patient information or confidential files to start a conversation, and the form doesn’t accept file uploads.
After you get in touch
Our team keeps private notes about your inquiry, its current stage and a history of actions taken on it, so that whoever picks it up knows where things stand. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.
Technical information
To protect the form from spam and abuse, we briefly use your device’s internet (IP) address when you submit. We don’t store the raw address with your inquiry. Instead we keep a one-way scrambled version (a salted hash) and short-lived counters that limit how many inquiries can be sent in an hour. The companies that host and deliver this website may also process your IP address, browser details and similar technical information to run and secure their services.
What we don’t do here
This website doesn’t take payments or offer public accounts. We don’t use advertising pixels or a separate visitor analytics service. Our hosting and database providers do keep the technical, security and error records described above. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Why we use it, and our lawful bases
UK data protection law requires a lawful basis for each use. Ours are:
- Replying to you and discussing a possible project. Where you are asking about work for yourself, this is a step you’ve asked us to take before a possible contract. Otherwise it is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
- Keeping notes, stages and activity history. Our legitimate interest in handling inquiries properly and consistently.
- Understanding where inquiries come from (page, topic, campaign tags, landing path and referring site). Our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of our website and outreach are useful.
- Security and abuse prevention. Our legitimate interest in keeping the site and form working and free of spam.
- Legal requirements. Where we need to keep or disclose information to meet a legal obligation.
We don’t rely on your “consent by browsing”, and sending an inquiry doesn’t sign you up to marketing. You can object to our use based on legitimate interests at any time (see Your rights).
Choosing a call time
After you send an inquiry, you may be offered a choice of call times. To show available times, our server asks our scheduling provider, Cal.com, for open slots. That request includes only our event, the date range and the time zone you pick. It doesn’t include your name, email or project details.
If you choose a time, we save your chosen time and time zone with your inquiry in our own records. When a call is booked, we send Cal.com your name, email address, time zone, the chosen time and your inquiry reference. Cal.com places the appointment in our dedicated sales-call calendar in Google Calendar and creates a Zoom video meeting for it, so Google and Zoom receive the appointment details, including your name and email address, to send the invitation and run the call. Your project description and “Can it also…?” question are not sent to Cal.com, Google Calendar or Zoom.
A call is booked only when this site tells you it is confirmed. If a time can’t be confirmed, your inquiry stays saved and we’ll arrange a time with you by email.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of service providers. They process information for us to provide their service:
- Lovable hosts the website and provides Lovable Cloud, the private database where inquiries, notes, activity and saved call times are stored. Lovable Cloud runs on infrastructure provided by Supabase. See Lovable’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and Supabase’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information. See Google Fonts privacy information (opens in a new tab).
- Cal.com supplies our available call times and, when a call is booked, creates and manages that booked call, as described above. See Cal.com’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Google Calendar and Zoom hold booked call appointments and run the video call, as described above. See Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and Zoom’s privacy statement (opens in a new tab).
- Resend delivers the automatic emails about your inquiry: a notification to our team, which includes the details you sent, and an acknowledgment to you. Those emails come from our sending address and replies go to our business mailbox. See Resend’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Proton Mail handles our business email, including messages you send us directly and our replies. See Proton’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
We may also share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers where necessary.
International processing
Our providers operate in more than one country, so information may be processed outside your country, including outside the UK. Their published privacy information is linked above. Contact us if you want information about the processing locations and safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry, our notes, its activity history and any call details for as long as they are needed for the reasons in this policy: while your inquiry or any project with us is ongoing, while related correspondence remains relevant, and where we need records to meet a legal requirement or to deal with a dispute. You can ask us to review or delete your information at any time. We’ll do so unless we need to keep it for one of those reasons.
Some technical records are short-lived. Abuse-prevention counters expire after about two hours, and expired records are cleaned up when later inquiries arrive. Permission to choose a call time after sending an inquiry also expires after about two hours.
Deleting something from our records may not immediately remove it from our providers’ backups or system logs. Their retention may differ and is managed under their own policies. Contact us if you have questions about this.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to our use based on legitimate interests
- ask for information you gave us in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email us (see below). We may ask for enough information to confirm who you are, but only what is needed. There’s usually no charge, and we’ll reply within the time the law allows.
Contact and complaints
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email ARCHON 8 LTD:
We’d like the chance to put things right first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): make a complaint to the ICO (opens in a new tab). If you live elsewhere, you may also be able to contact your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when the way we handle information changes, and change the date at the top. Please also read our Terms & Conditions.
